My experience with Bryant and the ACL Club at Longevity & Performance Institute has been nothing but excellent! I had been dealing with daily knee pain and discomfort and couldn't walk down the stairs properly even 7 months post ACL surgery. Within the first consultation session Bryant was able to relieve me of some constant lingering pain and tightness that I had just written off as something I have to get used to living with. After that session I was actually mad that I had been living with that pain and wished I had met Bryant earlier in my recovery. My main reason for looking into the ACL club at LPI was originally because I felt like I had been plateauing and couldn't get my strength up in numbers in strength tests as well as in my daily life. I am not medically educated or a fitness expert so I honestly needed someone to tell me exactly what I need to do at the gym and how I could do them safely. While yes, Bryant did exactly that with a curated weekly workout plan and walking through all new exercises to make sure I did them properly and safely. But he also gave me the tools and confidence to actively combat my daily pain, significantly increase my lacking strength in a short amount of time, and showed me traumatic injury and surgery doesn't mean I need to live in constant discomfort.

Bryant focused on me and not a specific timeline and worked with what my body could handle all while catering to my specific pain points and goals. I assumed ACL club would be some generic plan but was proven wrong with the multiple weekly check ins, numerous video analysis and demonstrations, and how he listened to me and incorporated how I currently live and want to live into his plans.

How long will it take?

The research still substantiates waiting at least 12 months before returning to sport for optimal outcomes, but there are still better ways to optimize performance and recovery throughout that process.
